Trespassing Notification

Good evening homeowners,

As of October 13, 2016, the pond located at the back of the subdivision near Pleasantburg and Croft Drive is off limits by authority of the property owner. The area which includes the pond is owned by Broadwell land development. The HOA requested that trespassing signs be posted as well.  Signs will be posted near the pond. Please relay this message to all adolescent’s.
