Petition For Posting of 25mph Speed Limit Sign

Greetings homeowner’s,

In the meeting of member’s held on November 12, 2016, the attending members agreed for the HOA board to contact the NCDOT to request a 25 MPH speed limit sign be posted in the neighborhood. The NCDOT requires that 75% of the community homeowner’s sign a petition to get approval for the sign to be posted. The HOA board is seeking out the best plan of action to obtain the signatures for the petition. We will send out a follow-up post by Wednesday of next week with a plan of action.
