This notice is given in accordance with the by-laws an annual meeting of the members of BLAKEFIELD HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC. will be held at the East Regional Building of the Cumberland County Public Library, 4809 Clinton Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312, at 9:00 a. m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016, this being the second Saturday of November of the year 2016. This is a quarterly meeting and the members entitled to vote shall be present to vote on pressing issues arising within the subdivision.
A written notice of this quarterly meeting will be mailed to each member entitled to vote as set forth in the by-laws.
A proxy voting section is included on the form for those that will not be able to attend scheduled meetings. In these cases, the homeowners that are unable to attend should delegate their voting powers to someone with voting rights, a Blakefield Homeowner or HOA Board, to cast votes on their behalf.
Please provide your proxy vote by mailing in the notice to the P.O. Box by November 7, 2016. A written list of the members entitled to vote at said election can be made available for inspection by any member by notifying the HOA board via the website.
