Homeowners,
There is a noticeable amount of signs that are placed on a few properties that are in violation of our covenants. Our covenants states “No signs of any kind or nature whatsoever shall be placed on any lot, except as specifically permitted by this section. The only permitted signs on the property shall be: (1) The Declarant’s signs identifying and promoting or identifying the subdivision; and (2) A “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign not larger than 4 square feet in area place on a lot as applying to that lot.”
Any Homeowner that has a sign on their property that is not covered under this covenant shall remove it immediately to come into compliance with the covenants. This includes political and advertising signs. This will be discussed at the upcoming meeting on May 11th.
